John Ikidi is a visionary Business Analyst, Certified Product Owner, and Youth Support Worker dedicated to driving innovation, digital transformation, and inclusive development across continents. His career embodies the fusion of technology and human-centered design, creating pathways that empower communities, transform organizations, and prepare the next generation for a sustainable digital future.

With over a decade of experience leading business transformation initiatives and social impact programs, John has become a catalyst for digital inclusion, STEM education, and youth empowerment. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and was recognized by the Tasmanian Government in 2017 through the Skilled Migration Program for his expertise as an Information Systems Administrator—a testament to his global relevance in technology and innovation.

As the Founder of IBMKP Global Foundation , He’s a United Nations ECOSOC-accredited Member (CFF) , Where he champions projects that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—notably Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). Under his leadership, IBMKP Global has become a platform for transformative youth initiatives, digital skills training, and community development programs that bridge the gap between education, technology, and employment.

A passionate advocate for STEM and innovation, John serves as an Examiner for the Scouts STEM Badge Program in Nigeria, spearheading the rollout of the Runlinc Myriota Satellite IoT STEM Badge. This initiative merges IoT and satellite technology with STEM learning, introducing themes like “Scouts Democratise Space” to inspire creativity and problem-solving among young people. Through partnerships between Australia and Nigeria, he has facilitated international exchanges, hands-on STEM workshops, and IoT project deployments that equip youth with globally relevant skills.

Beyond IBMKP Global Foundation, John is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JOAIIK Company, where he leads strategic partnerships in engineering, infrastructure, and technology innovation, connecting Australian expertise with Nigerian development opportunities. His cross-sector collaborations foster sustainable growth and capacity building across the oil & gas, water, mining, and digital technology sectors.

He also serves as the Welfare Officer of the Nigeria Association in South Australia (NASA), where he plays a key role in supporting the well-being, integration, and empowerment of Nigerians in the diaspora. Through this role, John fosters community cohesion, provides social support, and strengthens cultural identity within South Australia’s multicultural landscape.

As a member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), John remains committed to professional excellence and the advancement of Nigeria’s digital ecosystem. Guided by agile principles, empathetic leadership, and a passion for social impact, he continues to design and deliver innovative solutions that empower individuals, strengthen organizations, and build resilient communities.
