Dr. John Ehilenboadiaye is a distinguished academic and educator with a career spanning three continents—Africa, Europe, and Australia. He began his journey as a university lecturer in Nigeria, specialising in physics and geophysics, before extending his expertise to the United Kingdom’s educational sector, where he served as a science consultant to schools.

Currently based in Australia, Dr. Ehilenboadiaye works with the Queensland Department of Education as a Senior Science Resource Personnel. Over the years, he has influenced thousands of students across all levels of education, designed innovative frameworks to simplify scientific concepts, and produced educational resources that have become models for many schools.

He is widely recognised for his contributions to science and mathematics education, with numerous international publications and collaborations with government institutions aimed at improving teaching methodologies in both secondary and tertiary education. A mentor and role model to many academics, Dr. Ehilenboadiaye continues to be highly sought after for his expertise and leadership in advancing global education.

Olatokunbo Edward Longe, a native of Ekiti State, Nigeria, is a dynamic professional whose career spans banking, governance, social impact, and global advocacy. He began his professional journey as a Relationship Manager at United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), where he developed expertise in client engagement, financial solutions, and relationship management. He later transitioned into public service as an Ombudsman at Nigeria’s Public Complaints Commission, where he championed accountability, fairness, and conflict resolution in addressing citizens’ grievances.

A certified negotiation expert and dispute resolution specialist, Olatokunbo has built a strong reputation for his ability to foster dialogue and resolve complex issues. He further expanded his expertise by earning a Certificate IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention from the Jabin Hopkins Institute of Technology in Adelaide, South Australia.

Passionate about youth empowerment and community development, he is a founding member and think tank contributor at IBMKP Global, where he contributes to strategies that drive social innovation, digital literacy, and global development initiatives. In Australia, he actively volunteers with the Red Cross, provides mentorship to children and youth under guardianship, and advocates for inclusive programs that support vulnerable populations.

Olatokunbo’s dedication extends to global development, where he serves as a strong advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His work reflects a commitment to building equitable systems, empowering youth, and advancing sustainable solutions that uplift communities across Africa and beyond.

He has cultivated a deep commitment to education, mentorship and community engagement. Currently transitioning into the field of social work. Michael is pursing formal studies to better understand the structural and interpersonal factors that influence well-being and social justice.
Throughout his academic career, he has specialized in Global politics and international relations. With a BSc in Political science, university of Ilorin Nigeria, master’s in political science (International relations), university of Benin, Benin city, Nigeria, master’s in social change and Development from University of Newcastle, Australia. And currently pursuing a master’s in social work in Australia. His teaching philosophy centres on inclusivity, empowerment and lifelong learning- values that align closely with the principles of social work.
With a strong foundation in communication critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration and public speaking. Michael is well positioned to bridge the worlds of education and social work. And widely travelled attending conferences National and internationally, contributing to a more equitable and compassionate society.

Osezuwa Enoch Omokhomion (Prefer to be called Enoch) is an accomplished academic and administrative professional with extensive cross-sector experience in higher education, technical project management, and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as a Lecturer, Academic Course Coordinator, and Project Manager at a leading engineering institution in Australia, where she oversees curriculum delivery, academic planning, and the successful execution of student and institutional projects.

With a solid foundation in theoretical physics and over a decade of experience spanning education, engineering, and nonprofit sectors across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Australia, Enoch brings a rare blend of analytical rigor, operational efficiency, and people-centered leadership to every role he undertakes.

As a member of the Global Advisory Board of IBMKP he contributes her expertise in academic strategy, program evaluation, and administrative governance to support sustainable development initiatives. His past roles include Executive Manager in the education sector, Founder of a faith-based network, and technical operations support in the UK water industry.

Enoch holds a Master of Science in Theoretical Physics from the University of Benin and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Ambrose Alli University. He is certified in project safety, health and environmental awareness, and organizational management.

A strong advocate for education as a catalyst for social change, Enoch is passionate about capacity building, inclusive innovation, and empowering communities through knowledge-driven development. His global outlook and interdisciplinary experience make him an asset to advisory and leadership teams focused on impact and transformation.

Pius Azeta is a confident, adaptable, and results-oriented professional with extensive experience as a Business Analyst. He is currently serving with South Australia Police as a Senior Business Engagement Analyst, where he contributes to strategic digital transformation initiatives. Over the past five years, he has played a pivotal role in delivering technology-driven solutions across diverse sectors, including healthcare, finance, IT, and government.

Pius began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering before relocating to Australia, where he earned an Advanced Diploma in Network Security, and is currently pursuing an MBA alongside a Master’s in Global Project Management. After facing early challenges in securing a mechanical engineering role, he pivoted into technology and business analysis—discovering his passion for solving complex problems, engaging stakeholders, and implementing innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact.

He holds certifications in CBAP, PMP, and SAFe Agilist, and is recognized for his strengths in leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving—skills he consistently applies to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Beyond his professional career, Pius is an entrepreneur and community leader. As a Director of Fave Support Services, he is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with disabilities in Australia through the NDIS. He is also the founder of Elitecare Facility Solutions LTD in Nigeria, a business focused on facility management and cleaning services, and the founder of SOARIK PRIME LTD, where he is building a large-scale agricultural venture in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. This initiative includes poultry, piggery, fish farming, and crop cultivation, with a focus on smart farming practices to drive sustainability and productivity.

Balancing a global outlook with local impact, Pius is committed to leveraging his expertise to help organizations navigate digital transformation while also driving social and economic growth in his community. Dr. Ishioma Elora Onah – Biography Dr. Ishioma Elora Onah, fondly known as Dr. Ish, is a purpose-driven financial and investment expert with nearly two decades of experience in banking and wealth management.

Born on January 8th, 1982, and a proud indigene of Delta State, Nigeria, she is not only a seasoned professional but also a passionate mentor, educator, and mother of two.

A graduate of Philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Dr. Onah went on to pursue an exceptional academic journey, holding multiple advanced degrees that reflect her deep commitment to continuous learning and excellence: •

Abosi Nnenna Vivienne also known as Nina is a business analyst, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a passion for turning ideas into impact. She began her academic journey with a degree in Public Administration from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Driven by curiosity about how data shapes decisions, she pivoted into the world of business analytics and later earned a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Kaplan Business School, Australia.

She has built years of cross-industry experience, developing expertise in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, technology adoption, and creative problem-solving. Nina is also a proud member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), where she stays engaged with innovation and industry trends, and a co-founding member of IBMKP, contributing to initiatives that connect professionals and knowledge-sharing communities.

Beyond her professional career, she is the founder of Ninaviva Ensemble, a sustainable fashion brand that blends African heritage with modern Australian lifestyles, built on values of sustainability, versatility, and cultural pride. She is equally committed to community engagement mentoring in STEM programs and advocating for education access in underserved communities
